Policies

Be a Good Neighbor

  • No smoking anywhere on property
  • Pick up after your pet
  • Maintain quiet hours: weekdays 9pm - 7am; weekends 10pm - 8am
  • No loud parties
  • Trash should be placed only in trash receptacles, not on porches or elsewhere
  • Porch and balconies should be neat and tidy
  • Bikes in designated areas only
  • No grills on balconies or porches, per City of Georgetown regulations (community grills provided)

Applications

  • Applications are submitted online via apartments.com, by invitation
  • Security deposit of $1,000 required, and all or part will be returned based on condition of apartment at move-out

Pets

  • Breed restrictions include: Chow, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, and Pit Bull/Staffordshire Terrier, or dogs mixed with or that resemble the aforementioned breeds
  • Pet fee of $250 required prior to move-in (non-refundable)
  • Monthly pet rent of $15-$30 per pet (small pets $15; larger pets $30)
  • Limit two pets per apartment
  • Domestic pets only (dogs, cats, and fish)
  • Dogs must be on leash while on apartment property
  • Incessant barking by resident's dog will be given a warning; if barking continues to disturb neighbors, dog will need to be removed and/or resident lease terminated
  • Be a good pet owner - fines apply for unregistered pets and not cleaning pet waste
  • Pet violations of $100 per incident will apply

  • Property manager must be notified within 2 days of any new pets that will be on the property not identified in resident’s lease

Utilities

  • Electric paid directly to Georgetown Utility Systems by tenant
  • Water, wastewater, and trash paid with monthly rent at fixed rate of $75

Maintenance

  • Maintenance requests submitted via apartments.com app, email, or text
  • AC filters will be changed every 3 months by management
  • Door batteries and smoke alarm batteries will be refreshed twice a year by management
  • Property manager resides on-premises
